We check each & every product multiple time for any damages or defects before dispatching. In the unlikely case of a return, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
Due to the fragile nature of these items, we would request you to to kindly take a small video during unpacking within 24 hours after receipt. Please note that this is an important step to ensure a smooth return process.
Email the video to support@shaamanelegance.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we do not provide refund. We authorize refund only if the product is damaged when delivered.
The refund shall be processed only after ensuring the shipment is received by our staff. All return costs including the return shipping charge shall be borne by us in the case of DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE Products.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
